We have a strict no party policy without approval by Leanne prior to your arrival. If you would like to hold an event or celebration, please talk to Leanne prior to booking. Unfortunately, if an event or celebration is held without permission, this will result in eviction and loss of bond. Limited noise after 12.00 am. Leanne will be in contact prior to your arrival for your estimated time of check in. Premises are to be kept clean & tidy at all times and left in a clean & tidy condition on departure. Please ensure that kitchen surfaces are clean, all washing up is done and put away, all garbage bins are emptied and placed in wheelie bins outside. Any excess rubbish is to be bagged up and placed next to outside bins. Please recycle. All BBQ’s are left in a clean manner. No smoking inside of the house or villa and use ashtrays provided outside. The number of guests should not exceed 21. If you have extra guests, please discuss with Leanne. If permitted, there will be an additional cost for extra guests. No pet policy. Any damages, breakages, theft or loss are the guests responsibility and will be deducted out of your security bond. Please no food or drinks in the spa and make sure the spa cover is placed back on and locked down when the spa is not in use. Children must be supervised at all times when in the spa or the river. If booking through Airbnb or Stay’z, they have control of all bookings and money. If booked direct, 50% of payment is due on booking to hold your dates and the balance is due 7 days before arrival. Cancellation of booking will forfeit 100% of total booking.
